We understand that once you place an order, you may realize you want to make some changes, however, be aware that our production begins on all items as soon as orders are placed. And as all items are custom made according to customer specifications, if changes are possible, change fees may occur.

Shipping costs are noted on your order form, prior to finalizing it. Shipping costs are calculated based upon weight of the package and your zip code.

Normal production time is approximately two weeks following final approval, and we will send an email to you to let you know when we are shipping your order. Do not hesitate to contact us at anytime for an update on the progress of your order.

When your order ships, you will be emailed a notice which contains the shipping method and tracking information.

Although all orders are double checked for accuracy, if we did something in error, we will make it right. Please contact us immediately for further instructions.

Defective merchandise may be returned within 2 weeks of receipt of the item(s). Requests for return must be submitted in writing, via email

Orders placed/shipped and/or delivered within the state of California will be charged applicable sales tax.

Payment is due at the time your order is placed, and credit cards will be charged within 24 hours of you placing your order. Charges may take 2-3 days to show up on your account.
